I am currently an Assistant Professor at GS Medical College, Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, and also a Consultant Gynecologist at Shri Tirupati Hospital, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

How would you sum up your current professional life?

A

It is great, dealing with different patients daily and solving their problems, giving birth to new lives.

A

High risk obstetrics, robotic surgery, cosmetic gynaecology

A

I am very inquisitive about advancements in robotic surgery.

What made you choose teaching or mentoring as a profession?  

A

Teaching is a part of my profession which keeps me updated about new developments in the field and allows me to impart the same. It gives me joy to teach young minds and mentor them.

A

They find it surprising about my readiness to solve their problems and answer their queries quickly.

A

I want to advance in robotic surgery and aesthetic gynecology.

What would you be doing if not for the current profession?

A

Becoming a doctor was my childhood dream; I never considered anything else. However, if I had to answer, I believe I would have been very good at business.

What do you like to do in your leisure time?

A

Listening to music and cook food.

What is one of your hidden talent(s) that you would like us to know?

A

I am really good at cooking different things, it serves as a great way to relieve stress.

What change would you like to bring about in the education sector?

A

Education should not be forceful. We need to use empathy to bridge the gap for students.

What makes a 'good day' at work/college/institute?

A

I take great joy in seeing my patients happy after their surgery, delivery, or consultation.

What current trends/practices are baffling to you?

A

Researching on Google and acquiring minimal knowledge, then arguing with the doctor.

Who do you idolize and why?

A

Firstly, my mother, Mrs. Neetu Garg, for always motivating me to do better. I also want to acknowledge Dr. Prachi Singh, who has consistently guided me through new challenges. With her support, I performed my first hysterectomy.
