I am a Lecturer at Satara College of Pharmacy, Degaon, Satara, Karandwadi, Maharashtra, India.

A

I consider myself a positive, energetic, knowledgeable, and dedicated teacher. My teaching style is flexible, allowing me to cater to students of all abilities. I strive to be a high-achieving educator. Additionally, I serve as the exam controller at my college.

What are your areas of interest within your profession? 

A

I have a major interest in information technology in the healthcare field.

A

Spending time with family and travelling to historical places.

A

I play musical instruments. I have special interest in art and craft creativity.

What change would you like to bring about in the education sector?

A

The biggest change I would like to bring to the education sector is to "not compare students based on their results." Provide them with theoretical knowledge alongside practical skills, and encourage participation in extracurricular activities.

What makes a 'good day' at work?

A

A good coordination in between the staff of college makes a good day in college.

Who do you idolize and why?

A

Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam. He was passionate about his work and motivated students through his work.
