I currently work as a Registered Nurse in the UK.
What’s the best part of your profession? What made you choose this profession?
Nursing is my passion. Helping people in distress with a smile is something I like doing.
Do you like reading? What was the last thing you read?
Yes, I do like reading. But frankly, I can't remember what I read last.
What is your favorite dish?
Porotta with beef curry.
How would your friends describe you?
Helpful and empathetic.
Who would you like to travel with?
My family would be my first choice.
Your favorite subject(s)?
My favorite subject is Biology.
What is your least favourite subject(s)?
I never had an aptitude for Physics.
What’s something you wish to change about the world?
The politics. It affects everyone's life and remains the most corrupt one.
If your journey was/were a movie, what would it be called?
Maybe "My Life".
What are you passionate about other than nursing?
Music. I sing well. I used to be very active in our church choir and during my school time. Even now, I participate in some cultural events organised by various regional associations.
Best/memorable moment
It is the birth of my first child. That memory is something special.
What do you love to do in your leisure time?
I love listening to some good music. I am trained in both Carnatic classical music and Bharatanatyam.
What do you hate the most?
Being lonely is what I hate the most, even though I am hardly ever left alone.
If given a choice, what alternate career would you have opted for?
My interest in music started at a young age. I would have chosen to be a music teacher if not for nursing.
What is your dream travel destination?
Living in the UK, I dream of visiting India whenever I can. So, that would be my favorite travel destination now.
Where and what kind of workplace would you like to work in the future?
A peaceful work environment is the best anyone can hope for right now.
