A former Dallas anesthesiologist, Dr. Raynaldo Rivera Ortiz Jr., has been sentenced to 190 years in federal prison for tampering with intravenous (IV) bags, which resulted in the deaths of several patients. The sentencing was handed down by U.S. District Judge Barbara M.G. Lynn.
