The class started by covering the basic concept of Immunity. Every subtopic was explained in detail and presented using suitable illustrations. The first subtopic explained was the classification of Immunity into Innate and Adaptive/Acquired.

The next topic discussed was the important topic of Herd immunity. The subtopic of the Major Histocompactivity Complex was explained in detail.

The next subtopic explained was the concept of Humoral cell-mediated immunity. The concept was explained with a story for a better understanding of the interns.

Every subtopic was explained in detail with examples and pictorial illustrations for interns to relate to every concept. Also, the differences between the two types were explained so that students can understand better and write better answers. The session ended with doubts asked from interns that were cleared.
