Dr. Dhani Ram Baruah, a cardiologist, has asserted that he has found cures for conditions like cancer, cardiac blockage, and even HIV. The treatment involves the application of a medicinal plant extract containing biomolecules termed ‘Baruah small interfering RNAs’ (Baruah siRNA) that act on damaged and mutated RNAs responsible for disease.
It was also mentioned that cardiac xenotransplantation had been pioneered by Dr. Baruah in January 1997. However, Purno Saikia, the recipient, passed away just seven days post-surgery, and the reason announced by the institute was that the patient had bacterial infections.
Dr. SA Achrekar, the chief scientist of Dr. Dhani Ram Baruah Heart City and the City of Human Genome, said that the Baruah molecules, upon administration to the patient’s bloodstream, produce a variety of combat genes that act only against diseased genes. In her interview, Dr. Achrekar said that the institute had successfully cured many deadly disorders, including coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, cancer, arthritis, kidney disorders, and even HIV.
Regarding their combat gene action against HIV, she stated that Baruah siRNAs remove latent viruses from proviral DNA and wipe them out completely. Further, the Baruah combat genes rectify the immunologically damaged genes, in addition to establishing a barrier to the entry of new viruses by taking over the patient’s immunity, thereby enabling the patient to be free from infection, she added.
In addition, the institute claims that coronary artery disease patients at the institute are not treated by standard bypass surgery but with Baruah molecules, which mend and restore the functioning of the heart by clearing blockade, improving blood fluidity, and decreasing lipid levels.
Concerning the treatment of cancer, the Baruah anti-cancer molecules combat the cancerous cells specifically and eliminate them, thereby preventing the spread of cancer while not affecting the normal cells. This was explained to be achieved by the ability of the said biomolecules to block the blood supply to malignant cells, thereby depriving them of nutrients, which ultimately leads to their death.
Many patients who declared themselves to be cured by Dr. Baruah appeared before the media, explained their claims on Tuesday, and felicitated the Baruah Applied Human Genetic Engineering Institute. An ex-HIV patient who doesn’t want to be identified said that she was diagnosed with HIV 8 years ago and was suggested by her relatives to approach Baruah Institute, and she declared that her recent test results came to be negative, proving that she was cured of HIV. A cancer survivor, Bulbul Das, had suffered from colon cancer and underwent many rounds of chemotherapy before approaching Baruah. After three months of treatment at Baruah Institute, the CT report of the patient revealed that there was no cancer recurrence and that he was improving. This was another patient's testimony. These claims were made by a team of doctors and patients in front of the press on Tuesday.
