A patient assaulted a doctor at Holy Cross Hospital in Kerala's Kozhikode and accused him of not giving proper treatment.

According to various media reports, the patient met with a road accident, due to which he suffered minor injuries. Necessary treatment was done in the hospital and the patient was sent back.

Shockingly, the patient suddenly returned and tried to attack Dr. Susmith, the doctor who did his treatment.

The incident was captured on the CCTV camera. It was suspected that the patient might be drunk which is why he assaulted the doctor.

The doctor filed a complaint against the patient in Kodenchery police station. He also informed the police that the patient threatened to kill his five-month-old son and even misbehaved with his female colleague.

He not only tried to attack us but also used very abusive language against us. He even tried to hit me with a stone. I was forced to push him away as I faced a threat to my life.
