A newborn baby was found dead in a toilet at a government hospital in Karnataka's Chikkaballapur district. The incident occurred on Tuesday, and the police have launched an investigation into the matter.

According to reports, the baby was born to a 20-year-old woman who was admitted to the hospital on Monday. The woman had delivered the baby in the hospital's labor ward, but the medical staff allegedly did not provide her with proper care and attention. The baby was later found dead in the toilet, and it is suspected that the baby was flushed down the toilet.
