A couple in Charlotte, North Carolina found themselves perplexed when their toddler complained of hearing monsters in her room.

Surprisingly, over 50,000 bees in the wall were the reason she was afraid of hearing "monsters" in her bedroom.

Parents come up with a number of techniques to make sure that monsters aren't hiding in their children's rooms when they talk about them. When her toddler informed her that she had heard "monsters" in her room, Ashley Massis Class did just that. She even made a "monster spray"—a spray container packed with water. But when their kid persisted, she and her spouse paid attention, which led to an astounding—and terrifying—discovery. They reportedly discovered more than 50,000 hidden bees throughout their century-old farmhouse's walls and attic.

"She was saying she heard monsters in her bedroom wall, but we'd been watching Monster's Inc.," Ashley told the media.

She was a little speech delayed, so when she tried explaining it, we thought she meant there were monsters in her closet,

Initially, the parents were shocked after learning they had honeybees in their attic and immediately contacted the pest control company for help. However, upon examination, the expert first convinced them that the issue was not critical. They contacted a beekeeper, who initially struggled to find honey bees in their house.

After using a thermal camera, the professional discovered the shocking truth, nearly 50,000 bees had moved in behind their walls. Remembering the shocking incident, the beekeeper remarked, "He knocked into the wall with a hammer even though he wasn't wearing his bee gear yet. "Like in a scary movie, bees started to swarm out."

She further added, "There were streams of bees, and the wall where he hit was oozing honey. However, because it was so dark, it appeared to be blood flowing out of my daughter's pink walls".
