Maggi, popular instant noodles, has had its share of experiments on the street, from 'Fanta Maggi' to 'Maggi Ice Cream'. Despite viewing all these experiments previously, a new viral video of Maggi on Instagram has left internet users in amazement.

Videos of street vendors selling food items have always been fascinating for foodies. Although a street vendor recently left food lovers enraged after a clip of him selling open packets of Maggi went viral on social media, the now-viral video clip was shared on Instagram by the Instagram handle Chatore_Broothers.

The video shows the vendor pushing his 'thela', i.e., cart, through a crowded market. Then he is weighing the Maggi and packing it with the tastemaker packets. Along with Maggi, he can also be seen selling loose packets of pasta. The caption on the video clip read in Hindi, “Kis Kis Ko Raat Ke 1 Baje wali Maggie. Kis Kis Ko Apni College Ki Canteen wali Maggie Kis kis Ko Pahado Wali Maggie Kis kis Ko Yaad Aagayi”. It means, Who wants midnight, Maggie? Who wants their college canteen’s Maggie? Who wants Maggie from the mountains? Who all remembered?

The video collected more than 41 million views on social media. Reacting to it, a user commented, “Beware... expired, Maggie.” Another user wrote, “Guys Maggi never expire; Nestle wrote this on their website. You will not get sick by eating expired maggi; the only difference will be that the taste will decrease as the spices get old. But again, this guy is feeling maagi openly and not air tight, so it can go bad in some time.”

Taking on hygiene facts, another user reacted, “With extra dust and pollution,” the third user wrote. “It makes no sense.”.
