AIIMS Rishikesh, ranked 8th in India Today 2025.

AIIMS Rishikesh, located near the foothills of the Himalayas, charges ₹8,950. It offers a calm setting along with quality education and infrastructure.

9. Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), Delhi

Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), Delhi, is ranked 9th by India Today.

With fees at ₹11,660, MAMC is known for its strong hospital exposure, long-standing reputation, and is often a top pick for NEET toppers who don’t make it to AIIMS.

10. JIPMER, Puducherry

India Today’s ranked JIPMER, Puducherry, 10th-lowest-fee government medical college.
