The police investigators traced the man on CCTV and arrested him. Railway police traveled 800 kilometers and conducted raids to track the stolen child. In a shocking development, after days of search the child was recovered from the house of lady councilor of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) in Firozabad, Vinita Agarwal. During the investigation, it was found that BJP leader, Vinita Agarwal and her husband Krishna Murari Agarwal had finalized the deal with the doctor couple for Rs. 1.80 lakh. The police officials busted links of this network spread in Agra, Firozabad and Mathura.

These health care workers and their associates run the gang to sell children to childless couples for hefty amounts. These poor children who spend nights on railway platforms and bus stands are preyed upon by the gang members during the wee hours as per the doctor couple. This might not be an isolated case and the Investigation is still on but the question arises, are the children of the country safe where the officials or doctors are in collusion with the criminals? It is the leaders and health care system of the country that needs healing!
