Indonesian president Prabowo Subianto, who was invited as the chief guest for the Republic day celebrations signed and renewed some pacts on health, traditional medicine, maritime security and digital cooperation. Indonesian president met with Indian prime minister Narendra Modi at Hyderabad House in New Delhi on Saturday.
According to the joint statement issued by PM Modi and Prabowo Subianto on Sunday, both the leaders emphasized the significance of the international ties and maintaining peace. They also underlined the need for regularly convening bilateral dialogue mechanisms at the leaders level, ministerial level, and senior officials level.
Prabowo Subianto's three day visit to India has been considered to be a resounding success, further strengthening the bonds of friendship between the two nations.

India's Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and Indonesia's Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs signed a MOU on cooperation in the field of digital technology.
MOU concerning traditional medicine quality assurance between India's Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine and Homeopathy under the Ministry of AYUSH and Indonesia's Food and Drug Authority.
A cultural exchange program is scheduled to be conducted in 2025-2028 between both nations.
The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two nations with a focus on sectors like defense, maritime security, economic ties, and digital media.
