Varmam therapy, a distinctive healing method within the Siddha medical system, has long been recognized for its effectiveness in treating a range of health issues. It is particularly known for providing quick relief for musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and neurological conditions. Although Varmakalai (the martial art linked to Varmam) is often perceived as a combat technique, in Siddha medicine, it is a therapeutic approach grounded in science, used to treat both acute and chronic ailments such as stroke, arthritis, and trauma-related injuries. The Guinness World Record for Mass Varmam Therapy marks a significant moment in the growing global recognition of Siddha medicine and its healing capabilities.
