Where are you working currently?
I am currently working as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at Kathmandu Medical College in Kathmandu, Nepal.
How would you sum up your current assignment/job/Institute/professional life?
My current assignment involves empowering the future generation of doctors, dentists, nurses, and physiotherapists in Nepal.
What are your areas of interest within your profession?
I am particularly interested in introducing games in medicine. I am currently leading the Medipuzzle app project, which aims to make learning pharmacology and other subjects more enjoyable for medical students.
Things that you are passionate about concerning the clinical/research/current aspects of your profession:
I have a strong passion for introducing games in medicine to bring back the element of fun in the lives of medical students who often face high levels of stress due to their studies.
What made you choose teaching or mentoring as a profession?
Teaching is the professions I love, perhaps something I inherited as we come from generations of teachers.

Pharmacology, Patient Safety, Medication Safety
What are your career goals or expectations?
I hope to lead the project of Medipuzzle to a point where it becomes synonymous with games in medicine.

Medical journalism

Travelling
What change would you like to bring about in the education sector?
Anything that can be looked up in books later does not need to be rote memorized. What is essential is the understanding of concepts and the application of knowledge.
