Cutting-edge technologies have made nearly everything possible that seemed impossible. In the current era, to keep in shape and look young as they age, many people adhere to strict fitness regimes that include a range of fitness classes and other exercises.

Every birthday and wrinkle serve as persistent reminders of our age. Through cosmetics or medical treatment, people have attempted to stop or at least delay the daily reminder of aging for generations. Poorer physical and mental health, wrinkles, grey hair, and wrinkles are some of the typical signs of aging.

“Aging” is the process of growing older, which comprises several biological processes that over time cause both physical and mental health to deteriorate. It's a never-ending desire to appear younger than you are.

Bryan Johnson, a businessman from California, has blown away most people and shocked everyone with his large team of 30 doctors and health professionals who keep tabs on every aspect of his body and is attempting to achieve this accomplishment through a series of trials dubbed "Project Blueprint."

Johnson has raised the bar on this endeavor by aiming to make an 18-year-old's body replete with the brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, tendons, teeth, skin, and other organs. He is physically fit, his lung capacity is equal to that of an 18-year-old boy, gum inflammation of a 17-year-old boy, gum inflammation of a 17-year-old, a heart of a 37-year-old, and the skin of a 28-year-old.

He acquired his wealth in his 30s by selling Braintree Payment Solutions, a provider of payment processing services, to eBay for $800 million in cash. He now promotes a daily regimen.

According to reports, Bryan Johnson's experimental regimen consists of a strict vegan diet of 1,977 calories per day, an hour of vigorous exercise three times per week, a regular bedtime, and wearing blue-light-blocking eyewear for two hours before bed.

Before selling Braintree to eBay, Johnson claimed that a severe decline in his physical and mental health sparked his curiosity in the quest for eternal youth.

His experimental regimen reportedly includes a strict vegan diet of 1,977 calories per day, an hour of high-intensity exercise three times per week, a regular bedtime, and wearing blue-light-blocking spectacles for two hours before bedtime

The report stated that Johnson also undergoes dozens of medical procedures each month, some of which are highly invasive and painful, and then measures the outcomes of more blood tests, MRIs, ultrasounds, and colonoscopies.

It was further discovered that he tracks his body fat, heart rate variability, and blood glucose levels and begins his day at 5 am with two dozen vitamins and medications, a green juice with creatine and collagen peptides. He brushes, Waterpiks, and flosses his teeth before rinsing with tea-tree oil and using an antioxidant gel to maintain his oral health.

Johnson is connected to a device while he sleeps that keeps track of his nighttime erections. He also measures his weight, body mass index, body fat, blood glucose levels, and variations in heart rate every day.

It's interesting to note that Johnson asserted on Twitter that his efforts are yielding fruit. He wrote on the microblogging website that he had 5.1 years of epigenetic age reversal and had reduced his aging rate by 24%.

Johnson's mansion in Venice, California, has a medical suite, and the program's launch costs are expected to run into several million dollars.
