Srishti Hospital Ayushman Bharat Case: What the EOW Found

According to the reports it was revealed that out of the 45 staff members that were listed on the Ayushman Bharat Scheme list, only 15 of the names appeared to be unique.

Investigators found out that the names of many medical staff members were repeated over and over again, with one of the names that appeared four times. And it was also revealed that Suryavanshi’s phone number was associated with all the 45 names on the list.

According to the reports, it was a woman pathologist whose name appeared four times on the list. The woman informed the officials that she had never worked in the said facility and did not even consent to use her name in the list.

The investigators also found out that the information on the pathology reports, including name, registration number and seal,  were of an MD Pathologist. The Pathologist confirmed that the signatures on the reports did not belong to him.
