A

When body doesn't get enough nutrients.

A

Yes. There are various blood tests that could be ordered.

How can one overcome this?

A

Proper and planned diet.

How can you prevent yourself from nutrition deficiency in the first place? Do you need supplementation or simple home meal is sufficient?

A

Simple home meal is sufficient, but if you have nutritional deficiencies, it's better to take supplements.

It's difficult while you are on a tight schedule. But, it's achievable. Do proper meal planning daily.

It's an inevitable cultural change.
