
The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025 results on June 14, 2025, in the afternoon.
Candidates can now check their results and cut-off marks on the official NTA website. The final answer key for the May 2025 exam has also been released online.
Toppers and Trends
Mahesh Kumar from Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, topped NEET UG 2025. He secured AIR 1 with 686 out of 720 marks and a percentile of 99.9999547.
Avika Aggarwal from Delhi is the only female candidate in the top 10. She secured AIR 5 with a percentile of 99.9996832.
The remaining toppers include male candidates from Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat.
Interestingly, none of the toppers this year scored a perfect 720, which aligns with expert opinions about the paper being tougher than in previous years.

Cut-Off Marks
The NEET UG 2025 cut-off list has been released along with the qualifying marks for each category. The number of students qualifying in each category has also been included.
NEET UG 2025 scorecard can be downloaded using the date of birth and application number. Here’s how:
Visit neet.nta.nic.in or nta.nic.in
On the homepage, click on ‘Examinations’ and select ‘NEET (UG)–2025’
Click on the result download link
Enter application number and date of birth, then click submit
Download and print your scorecard for future reference
