The action was taken on the directions of Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Sajid Khan, following a complaint that the hospital was fraudulently associating itself with a doctor who had no connection with the facility.

Complaint by Doctor Triggered Health Department Probe

The hospital, located on Kundla Road in Choumahla, was found to be functioning without proper authorization. According to officials, the facility had been using the doctor’s name to run medical services and attract patients despite the doctor not being involved in its operations.

As reported by Zee News, Block Medical Officer Rajkumar Baghela said the matter came to light after the doctor discovered that his name was being used by the hospital without his consent. The doctor then lodged a complaint with the health department.

The health department has prepared a report on the incident and will submit it to CMHO Sajid Khan.

Investigation Continues, Further Action Expected

The health department has prepared a report on the incident and will submit it to CMHO Sajid Khan. Further action is expected after reviewing the findings, and authorities are continuing their investigation to identify those responsible for running the facility illegally.
