Gaurav Verma, Chief Business Officer, PharmEasy (API Holdings), said people are increasingly seeking medical advice earlier rather than waiting for symptoms to worsen and online consultations provide timely affordable access, especially in Tier 2 cities.
As digital healthcare adoption accelerates in India, online consultation platforms are increasingly positioned as the first point of care rather than a secondary option.
