However, that won't stop Adam Toobin from being a customer greeter and social media director at an ice cream parlor called Jake's Ice Cream parlor in Virginia.
The parlor is known primarily for hiring people with disabilities. The owner has always worked with people with disabilities, people with mental health issues, learning disabilities, stroke patients, etc.
The owner further said that she opened the ice cream parlor specifically for Jake and other people with disabilities. She does not accept donations for the parlor.
She concluded by saying that the employees don't have a job description. People with special needs are expected to learn everything.
